•Manage all day to day operations, finances, sales and marketing for the Group’s award winning $250+ M hospitality assets. 
•Lead a team of hotel managers across five properties (12 direct and 300 indirect reports) comprising 615 hotel rooms, suites and apartments, award winning conference facilities, 5 restaurants and bars to achieve improved financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
•Lead development, acquisition and rebranding for new hotels including comprehensive site analysis, due diligence, feasibility studies, negotiation on site procurement, and ongoing construction management.

Key Achievements
•Transformed operational performance across all assets and increased revenue to $45 M in 2016 (from $25 M in 2014) through significantly improved strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting processes; introduction of, and support in achieving KPIs; and hotel development / refurbishment projects. 
•Secured a new Brisbane site for Little National Hotel scheduled to open in 2018. Included all due diligence, site sourcing, evaluation and analysis, feasibility studies. Currently working on further developments in other capital cities.
•Grew F&B turnover ($10 M to $16 M per annum) through improved management and capital improvements.
•Achieved significant success with increasing focus on online distribution for new business development and ongoing sales - OTA’S and Consortia; as well as managing a complete refresh of all hotel websites to improve customer experience and increase direct bookings.
•Launched a new build hotel concept (the first of its kind in Australia) with Little National Hotel in Canberra. Recognised for construction and hotel operations through a Property Council Award for innovation and a HM award for best mid-scale hotel in Australia - within first year of operation (2016).
