Brendan Rogers Helping Leaders Build High Performing Teams Through the Implementation of The Four Disciplines of Organisational Health Sydney, Australia

Category: Event VIPs

As a leader, how do you get the best out of your team?

Well, since my first foray into a leadership position 20 years ago I’ve been obsessed by this question.

It hasn’t always been smooth sailing, I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way. As a leader, I’ve seen how I can influence others through my actions, inactions and words and this can either create a high performing team or destroy it.

Whether it’s been through studying various leadership methods such as The Harada Method, or my time as a client with Leading Teams, I’ve constantly challenged my ability to create high-performance cultures and build strong cohesive teams.

So, how does this help you?

The single biggest competitive advantage any business has is teamwork. It goes without saying, a dysfunctional team creates friction, causes delays, costs you time and money, and can, if left unchecked, can destroy an organisation from the inside.

I create conversations which help bring the best out of your leaders and their teams.

You will be thoroughly entertained through an engaging framework which delivers you a personalised journey transforming your team and their results. Some of the outcomes clients have achieved through my help have been...

- Less politics and confusion
- Higher morale and productivity
- Reduced unwanted turnover
- Lower recruiting costs
- Increased profitability

Really, the only reason anyone wants to build a high performing team is to get the best out of their business, their people and ultimately maximise their profitability and strategic goals.

So, let’s connect and set up a time to talk about ‘building high performing teams’ within your business.

We exist to 'create great leaders'.

We help leaders build high performing teams through the implementation of the 4 disciplines of organisational health.

Discipline 1: Build a Cohesive Leadership Team
An organisation cannot be healthy if the people who are chartered with running it are not behaviourally cohesive in five fundamental ways. In any organisation (small to big), dysfunction and lack of cohesion at the top inevitable lead to a lack of health throughout.

Discipline 2: Create Clarity
In addition to being behaviourally cohesive, the leadership team of a healthy organisation must be intellectually aligned and committed to the same answers to six simple but critical questions. There can be no daylight between leaders around these fundamental issues.

Discipline 3" Overcommunicate Clarity
Once a leadership team has established behavioural cohesion and created clarity around the answers to those questions, it must then communicate those answers to employees clearly, repeatedly and enthusiastically. When it comes to reinforcing clarity, there is no such thing as too much communication.

Discipline 4: Reinforce Clarity
In order for an organisation to remain healthy over time, its leaders must establish a few critical, nonbureaucratic systems to reinforce clarity around every process that involved people. Every policy, every program, every activity should be designed to remind employees what is really most important.
