Erin’s twenty years in the hospitality and events industry started with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and has developed to include an extensive range of skills in both the strategic sales and operational management positions working with global and national clientele from a variety of markets including finance, pharmaceutical, insurance, IT, manufacturing, entertainment and mining.

The global work has allowed Erin to master the full lifecycle of strategic meetings management including the development and presentation of corporate tenders and bids, hotel sales management, corporate travel and venue operations. Erin’s ongoing relationship building ability has allowed her to become an award winning events professional, qualified to design and oversee customer and supplier relationship management plans for pipeline development and the implementation of best in class strategic sourcing practices.
