My role is to manage the sales function across Australia and New Zealand, enabling me to focus on building strong relationships between hotels and clients. Implementing new revenue generating projects, targeted market research and close collaboration with our area general managers and senior sales team. Paramount to this success involves second-to-none account relationships where I advocate for my client’s needs and optimum suitability. I thrive on the challenges of the corporate accommodation climate and pride myself on achieving win-win solutions.

Ltd (DLM), one of the largest Rental Housing management companies together with Cosmos Initia Co, Ltd (CI), a Residential Developer in Japan, jointly purchased 75% of Waldorf Australia and New Zealand Group. The Group is a developer, promoter, finance manager & owner of serviced apartments all over Australia and New Zealand.
We are very focused on delivering a high level of service to our customers with a big focus on Loyalty, combined with delivering a healthy return to our shareholders and investors. In order to grow the financial performance of the business, it is imperative that we explore new Management Contract opportunities, this is currently underway as we actively secure new hotels and apartments across Australia and New Zealand, with a goal to grow the business to 10,000 rooms by 2025
