The Role:
• Responsible for roll out of the new brand identity across all areas of the business
• Responsible for creating the marketing and communication strategy and implement the plan within budget for the Foundation/ Fundraising, Centre For Positive Ageing, Internal Communications, People Services, Corporate, Dementia Centre, Dementia Support Australia and Publishing departments.
• Work with the Digital Manager on digital marketing strategies and activities to effectively integrated & implemented in marketing programs including SEM, display advertising, social media campaigns, and landing pages
• Responsible for development/implementation of new services in order to meet market needs and organisational goals
• Partner with the Public Affairs team to facilitate development of media to augment campaigns, enhance online engagement and social media initiatives
• Effectively support the implementation of the marketing content plans including sourcing of stories and sharing of content in relevant channels
• Strong, effective and consultative working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
